Ruben Bolognesi
Head Coach - Varsity
Girls Varsity Soccer
Coach Ruben is in his 16th year at Hayfield, 11th as the Varsity Head Coach. He previously coached Girls Soccer at Lewis (Lee) HS. He also coached two full cycles of Travel Soccer. In 2008 he graduated Team America Select, a WAGSL Division 1 Girls Travel team, and in 2019 he graduated GSC Spirit 00 from Travel Soccer as well. Additionally, he is the Gunston Recreation Soccer League Commissioner. Coach Ruben holds a National "D" Coaching License. Originally from Argentina, Coach Ruben attended JEB Stuart (now Justice) HS, from where he graduated in 1979. He is married to Sandra and has 3 children: Karla (31), Marcela (20) and Diego (18).
