Hannah transferred from California in 2009 and played outfield for the Hawks in her Junior and Senior years.  As a senior, she was selected to the National District First Team, District All-Tournament Team and Northern Region First Team. She received the Coaches' Award and National District Player of the Year.Award. She was also named to the Washington Post All-Met Second Team, All-Met Northern Virginia First Team, and VHSL All-State Honorable Mention. Despite being new to the team, she was appointed team captain both years.  During her high school career she broke the Virginia High School League record for runs scored with 47 and stolen bases with 40, which still stands.  She also led the team with a .625 on base percentage (team record). 

A three sport athlete at Hayfield, Hannah played on teams that earned National District titles in softball and volleyball for Hayfield, and was District First Team Libero.  She was the co-winner of the Hawk's Claw for Female Athlete of the Year in 2010, and represented Hayfield as the Donna DeVarona Women in Sport winner. 

At the University of Mary Washington, Hannah went on to become a 4-year starter at first at DH, and then in the outfield.  in 2012, she hit .417 and ranked in the Top 10 in the DIII for doubles per game.  She tied the UMW record with 4 stolen bases in one game, and finished her career with a .301 batting average, twice named the Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Week.  She graduated from UMW with a B.S in Psychology and is currently a Special Education Teacher at Lane Elementary School.
