This is coach Ovalle's 8th season at Hayfield. A former MatHawk, Tomas was a 2x district champion, regional champion, and state place finisher. A scholarship grappler at VA Tech, Tomas wrestled under current Iowa U. head coach Tom Brands. Tomas teaches PE at Hayfield.
