A good overall team effort lead to a convincing Hawks road victory. Chad Canady had an outstanding game with 30 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Reggie Tate (18 points, 8 rebounds) and Rayshawn Rigans (6 points, 6 rebounds) played very well. Brandon Winbush contributed 9 points. Off the bench, the Hawks got significant contributions from Leon Cureton (12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists) and Davonte Johnson (solid defensive effort with 2 steals, a blocked shot and taking a charge).
