The JV Hawks pushed their undefeated streak up to 4 games, with a 69-48 defeat of their national league rivals, the JV Generals of Washington & Lee HS. The Hawks employed a stifling 1-2-2 trap press throughout most of the game, leading to numerous fast break opportunities. The JV Hawks again had a balanced attack, with 13 players scoring and all 16 players contributing in the win. This game saw the return of sophomore center Kevin White, who had yet to play this season, due to injury. He quickly made his presence known, recording a blocked shot in his first 10 seconds of play. He finished with 2pts, 2 rebounds, and the blocked shot.
The JV Hawks were again led by their freshman captain, Dalon Thomas (9 pts, 3 rebs, 3 stls, 2 assts), and junior forward Quentin Hutchinson (5 pts, 8 rebs, 4 assts).
