A depleted team suffers a disappointing loss at Yorktown. With the defense playing well in the first half, the Hawks could not take advantage of two early Yorktown turnovers. The offense was held to under one hundred yards by a good Patriots defense as the home team comes out on top, earning a well deserved district victory. The Hawks were without the services of their three first team All-District players.
