Color Guard will present the colors

Free admission for military members and dependents with valid military ID.  Young dependents without ID must enter stadium with military parent or guardian. Regular admission $5.00; under 6 and over 60 free. HAYFIELD STUDENTS $3.00

5:30-7:30 PM

Cost is $50 for pre-registration, $60 for walk-in

(it is highly recommended to pre-register as walk-in appointments may not be available)

(cost is considered donation and is tax deductible)

Hayfield Athletic Training Program will be offering an opportunity for athletes to receive a comprehensive orthopedic sports physical that will be valid for the 2015-2016 school year. To register for an appointment please go to:

All proceeds support the Hayfield Athletic Training Program and your student athletes. Funds raised allow us to continue to provide the highest level of athletic healthcare possible. The Hayfield Athletic Training Program relies solely on fundraising opportunities to purchase supplies and equipment necessary.
