Hawks Remain Undefeated in National District Play

The Hayfield Hawks moved to 4-0 in National District play with an 8-1 victory over the Mount Vernon Majors. It was the 7th straight victory for the Hawks (7-1, 4-0)

Megan Perry-Shifflett drove in Hannah Williams to start the scoring in the first, and plated a total of four in the game to pace the Hawks attack, including a two-run double in the third; while Jessica Reynolds and Kolbie Franco drove in one each. Amber Fowler earned the pitching victory and struck out six. The Hawks will next travel to Wakefield on Monday, April 12th.
