Taylor Neuhart struck out 18, walked two, hit one and allowed three hits. Wakefield's Taylor White led off the first inning with a single and scored on a triple by Madeline Periandri. The Hawks came back with Taylor's double driving in Taryn McElhenny who singled and stole second. Bonnie Schipper hit a run producing sacrifice fly. Bonnie also singled later in the game. Caroline Ramos went 3-3 driving in one run and scoring another. Brittani Garza continued her hitting streak with a double. Madison Nowland beat out an infield single and stole second. Summer Scott continued her "short game" proficiency with a well placed sacrifice bunt. Katelyn Thorne drove in the fourth run when she reached first on a fielding error.
