Katelyn Thorne reached base on a fielding error. Taryn McElhenny reached base two times on fielding errors. Bonnie Schipper singled three times. Madison Nowland reached base two times on a fielding error and fielder's choice. Brittani Garza reached base on a fielding error, dropped third strike and fielder's choice. Caroline Ramos was hit and singled in a run. Summer Scott had a bunt single and sacrifice bunt. Summie Smith singled and stole second and third and scampered home on an overthrow by the catcher. Brittani Garza made a nice catch in short right field.
