Taylor Neuhart pitched her second consecutive no-hitter, striking out 14 while contributing offensively with two singles. Amber Fowler hit two "booming" doubles which produced two of the three Hawks runs. Taryn McElhenny continued her hitting streak with two singles and a stolen base. Catcher Bonnie Schipper drove in the third run with a single. Summer Scott put down a well-placed sacrifice bunt. Right fielder Katelyn Thorne made an outstanding play by fielding a ground ball and throwing to first basewoman Scott to preserve Taylor's no-hitter. Madison Nowland also singled.
