Yorktown hit a two-run homerun in the first inning. Avery Neuhart shut them down the rest of the way striking out 9. Brittany Wieland singled in the bottom of the first and Sienna Williams hit a triple driving her in. In the 3rd inning, A-J Martin led off with a single and Sienna singled her in with the tieing run. In the 4th inning, Morghan Gray hit a solo homerun over the left field fence which proved to be the winning run. The Hawks play Madison at 5PM at Fairfax in the semi-finals of the Liberty Conference 6 play-offs.
