Hayfield beat T.C. Williams 11-0 Friday night to increase their conference record to 2-0 for the season. Avery Neuhart pitched a complete game, no hitter. Avery didn't allow any walks and struck out 11 Titans.
Julia Napier (triple, single, 2 RBI), Avery Neuhart (2 doubles, walk, RBI) and Julia Hurwitz (2 singles, walk, RBI) each had two hits on the evening for the Hawks. Sarah Wilsey (single, walk, RBI), Grace Wilsey (single, 2 walks, RBI), Tiffany Posey (single), Melaney Umana (single, sac-fly, 2 RBI), and Brooke Solderich (single, 2 RBI) also contributed at the plate. Sarah also had a stolen base on the evening.
