Please make sure you have turned in all completed physical forms to the Athletic Office at
Hayfield by Friday, November 02, 2012.  If you show up for tryouts without your completed physical form, or concussion ed course verification, then you will not be able to participate in tryouts this year.  You must also be present for all three tryout sessions. Monday, Nov. 5th from 9-11:30am AND 2:30-5:30pm AND Tuesday, Nov 6th from 9:00-11:30am.  After the third tryout, the coaches will meet with players individually to evaluate their tryout.  Please allow for extra time after Tuesdays morning session before dismissing yourself.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  Have a good week, and continue preparing yourself for Monday.
