For the 2020 Spring Lacrosse Season, Jr. Brayden Whitney (LSM/D), Jr. Thortsten Muehlbauer (FO/ Midfielder), and Sr. Hayden Page (Midfield/Attack) have been selected as team captains!

Hayden Page is a 4 year Varsity Lacrosse player, who has started since freshman year. Hayden started at attack for his first two seasons, and was second leading scorer in 2018! Last season (2019), Hayden moved to midfield, and became an excellent two way midfielder, rarely coming off the field. This season (2020), Hayden will strive to lead a mostly underclassmen roster, most of whom have never played at the Varsity level. Hayden has an excellent attitude, and plays with a passion that raises his level of play, when events on the field become harder.

Brayden Whitney is a 2 year Varsity Lacrosse player, who started at LSM last season (2019, his first with Hayfield), and is moving to Close Defense for the 2020 season. Brayden has been instrumental in organizing the Hawks off-season workouts, as well as playing a full compliment of winter off-season gams. Brayden is Hayfield's emotional leader, leaving everything he has on the field, game in and game out. Brayden's outstanding speed, tenacity, and extreme dedication to his craft, has shaped Brayden into a premier defender in just three years.

Thorsten Muehlbauer is a 2 year Varsity Lacrosse player, after spending his freshman year with JV. In three short years, Thorsten has transformed himself from a solid attack player, to a dynamic two way midfielder, who can also play LSM when needed. Thorsten taught himself how to face-off, and has elevated himself into the starting Face-off specialist. Thorsten also improved his game across the board, and has started to earn respect as a premier two way talent in the Gunston District!
